You can enjoy space. luxury and a wonderful view in this recently built apartment. And it s in the middle of the charming village of Maria Alm. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of six people. There are three bedrooms. two bathrooms. a large kitchen and a delightful living room. The sunny balconies enjoy a superb view of the surrounding ski-slopes and mountains. The ski-bus stops practically at the front door. so you can leave your car in the carport for the entire holiday. The extensive ski-area has something for every skier - there are plenty of cross-country ski trails as well. The village s many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. You ll find a swimming pool and mini-golf there also. You can enjoy excellent walks and a wide variety of sports in the surrounding local area. The Waldseilbahn (Forest Cable Car) is highly recommended. The 18-hole Urslautal Championship Golf Course is surrounded by magnificent mountains and is 5 minutes from the apartment. The summer toboggan run is a little further away in Saalfelden. You can be in Zell am See and the Kaprun Glaciers within thirty minutes. The apartment has one carport.
