On a family-owned farm, Appartement Unterbrandstätt is located a 3-minute drive from the Grafenberg, Wagrain and Ski Amadé Ski Areas. The modern country-style apartments offer a private infrared sauna, free WiFi, and mountain views. Ski passes can be purchased on site.
Apartments at Unterbrandstätt also feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom.
Children can use the playhouse with a big painting board, darts, tabletop football and seating area or jump around on the trampoline outside. A ski storage room and barbecue facilities are also available.
The next restaurant is 1 km away from the house and a delivery service for fresh bread rolls is available for a surcharge.
The free ski shuttle service stops close to the property. Cross-country skiing is possible from the apartments.
It is 10 minutes’ drive to Therme Amadé Thermal Baths. Shops and restaurants are in the village centre while the Tauernradweg cycling route passes by. The admission to the Erlebnis Wasserwelt Wagrain indoor pool and aquatic centre is included in the room rate (2 hours in winter, full day in summer when the weather is good, 3 hours with bad weather conditions). Guests get a discount on riding lessons organized at Reitgut Oberegg.
