Haus Karin is a 3-minute ski bus drive away from Kappl Ski Area, and 8 km from Ischgl. Cross-country skiing trails start at the property, and Kappl's centre is 1.5 km away. Free parking is provided on site.
The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and private bathrooms with shower. They also have hardwood floors and a balcony with mountain views. On request, fresh bread and rolls can be delivered to the apartment every morning.
The nearest local bus stop is 300 metres away, and in Kappl guests can find numerous restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. A night tobbogan run is 800 metres away from the Karin.
The Sunny Mountain Erlebnispark is an adventure park with a petting zoo, a bathing lake, Alpine herb and rock gardens as well as climbing facilities. It is 8 km away from Haus Karin.
As of summer 2013, the Silvretta All Inclusive Card will be included in all rates during summer season. It offers free use of cable cars in the region, of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe, and free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the Paznaun Valley.
