It has a living/dining room 35 m2 with open fireplace, dining table and TV. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Separate WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Bath/bidet/WC. Balcony 2 m2, terrace 12 m2, patio 35 m2. Terrace furniture.
Facilities include central heating, washing machine and reserved parking space No 4. One pet/dog is allowed. Guests have a private small fenced garden, patio (35 m2), terrace (12 m2) and garden furniture. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Public parking is possible on the road.
Shop, restaurant and bar are 1 km away, bus stop 100 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach 1 km, bathing bay 600 m. Sports harbour 500 m, golf course 3 km, tennis 100 m.
