The holiday house is a rustic, partly thatched farmhouse (under a preservation order). The rustic, historical semi-detached house "Itzendorfer Rott" was built in 1834, it is surrounded by meadows and fields. Located on the outskirts, 2.5 km from the center, in a quiet position, 50 m from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. It offers a nice view of the countryside and the North Sea dyke.

There are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 french bed and 1 room with 2 beds. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, micro wave and electric coffee machine. The open large living/dining room includes a satellite-TV, video, radio and CD-player.

The house has a terrace with terrace furniture, box-room. There are facilities such as washing machine, children's highchair (extra) and central heating.

There is a supermarket within 3.5 km, a restaurant at 500 m, bakers are at 2.5 km, a café is located at 100 m, a railway station "Norddeich Mole" is 3.5 km, a ferry at 3.5 km, the sandy beach is 2.5 km away, an outdoor swimming pool is at 2.5 km, the indoor swimming pool is 2.5 km away. During winter, the "Ocean Wave" seawater pool heated to 30 degrees with artificial waves and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna, solarium, whirlpool and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal mud-banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich.
