This apartment is situated just outside the historical centre of Rome. in the Tiburtina area (working-class quarter). This holiday home (30 m ground floor apartment) in a small villa. was entirely renovated in the summer of 2005. It is made up of a total of three apartments. The apartment has modern furnishings as well as air conditioning and a safe. amongst other things. There is a small shared garden for guests use. with tables and chairs. a patio and a private parking.It makes the perfect base for visiting the old town centre of Rome (even by public transport). Your apartment can be a little bit different to that on the photos: each apartment is different. yet the style is the same.Cleaning of the open kitchen should be done by the client (or there will be a charge of 50 euro).Services available upon request (not included in the price) only usable in the Managers office: Internet. telephone. fax. photocopies. meeting room.
